Endurance Exercise for Your Tongue

Given the active role of the tongue in oral pleasure, it’s crucial to not only perform various movements with it, relying on the external muscles, but also to shape it using the intrinsic muscles. To strengthen these muscles, incorporate the following exercises into your daily routine, either before bed or first thing in the morning:

  1. Tighten the Tongue: Firm up your tongue, making its tip resemble a hard spearhead.
  2. Relax the Tongue: Spread it out flat, transforming it into a “spatula tongue.” Alternate between these two positions for 3 minutes, holding each for 2-3 seconds.
  3. Cup the Tongue: Bend the tip and the sides of your tongue upward, creating a slight dip in the middle, forming an improvised cup shape.
  4. Tube the Tongue: Roll your tongue into a tube shape, bringing the sides together, allowing the tip to protrude between slightly closed lips. Move the tip in and out.
  5. Edge the Tongue: Position the tongue on its side, tilting the back to the left, then to the right. Mastering these last two movements will significantly expand your abilities to stimulate your partner’s genitals, especially during oral sex.

Simple Tongue Training:

  • Cheeks: Slightly open your mouth and alternately push your tongue into each cheek.
  • Nose Touch: Reach your nose with the tip of your tongue.
  • Chin Touch: Touch your chin with the tip of your tongue.
  • Tooth Cleaning: Glide your tongue along the front surface of your teeth side to side.
  • Butterfly Wings: Make rapid up and down movements with your tongue while swaying from side to side.
  • Tongue Bites: Gently bite along the tip to the base of your tongue.

Lip Muscle Training:

  • Stretching (Flutist’s Warm-Up): Extend your lips forward into a tight tube, then open them as wide as possible.
  • Rocking: A great exercise that trains both the lips and neck muscles.
  • Jaw Movement: Move your lower jaw forward and backward.
  • Scissors: Stretch one lip over the other and vice versa.
  • Blowing: Puff your lips and then blow a thin whistle.
  • Lip Massage: Inhale your lips inward and gently nibble on them.

Tongue Kung Fu (Technique with a Dildo):

This exercise is particularly effective for tongue training. Grab a medium-sized dildo and hold it in front of your face as you practice the following:

  1. Butterfly Wings: Rapidly move your tongue up and down.
  2. Slapping Tongue: Flatten your tongue and slap it against the tip.
  3. Bell Tongue: Keep your tongue pointed and move it from side to side.
  4. Hook Tongue: Try to hook the head of the dildo with the sides of your tongue.
  5. Licking Tongue: Flatten your tongue and lick as if enjoying ice cream.
