Lesson 1

Oral sex is one of the greatest pleasures a woman can provide for her intimate partner. Even if your partner hasn’t openly asked for it, rest assured he is dreaming about it. It’s important to remember that different areas of the penis have varying sensitivities to stimulation from lips and tongue. The most sensitive spot is the glans, so this is where you should focus your attention during oral sex. You can easily bring your partner to orgasm with gentle touches of your tongue to this part of his penis. The shaft is less sensitive, so neither oral nor manual stimulation of this area will bring him significant pleasure. A common misconception among women is that a tight grip and vigorous up-and-down motions make them experts at oral sex. While this technique may look exciting, it unfortunately fails to provide adequate stimulation to the sensitive glans, as most of the action occurs on the less sensitive shaft. The testicles (or balls, as you prefer) are quite sensitive and often overlooked as erotic stimulation targets, which is a mistake. You can add a lot of pleasure to your erotic games by paying more attention to the testicles. However, we’ll discuss that later. Other areas of the male body that are sensitive to oral stimulation include the chest and nipples, as well as the perineum.

Lesson 2

It’s disheartening to see how many women don’t know how to properly arouse a penis and prepare it for action. A typical misconception is that a firm grip and vigorous stroking of the penis makes one a pro at oral sex. This is not the case. Start with gentle, careful touches of your lips and tongue to explore your partner’s penis and gauge his reactions to find the most sensitive spots. Try this: take his penis in one hand and gently lick the entire underside from base to tip. When you reach the glans, softly and tenderly envelop it with your mouth. You’ll see which part of his penis is most sensitive by observing his arousal. Once you identify these areas, pay attention to how you can recognize when your partner is close to orgasm. This is important so you can control the duration of your foreplay and prevent premature ejaculation. Common signs that he is nearing orgasm include the glans swelling slightly, the thighs tensing, and translucent drops forming at the tip of his penis. If this happens, the best may occur at any moment. The position that is best for oral sex (kneeling between his legs, lying sideways, or in the 69 position) depends on your partner’s sensitivity and the structure and flexibility of your lips, tongue, and teeth. Try various techniques to determine what works best for you as a couple.

Lesson 3

Take your partner’s erect penis into your mouth without squeezing your lips around the shaft. Start making circular movements with your head. The penis will move freely, making contact with different surfaces inside your mouth. Pull it out slightly while using your teeth to slow down the pace. This exercise is easier when you are kneeling in front of him or when he lies back and your head is right above his penis. Alternate rotating clockwise and counterclockwise. This playful approach provides immense pleasure and can last a long time.

Lesson 4

Kneel in front of your partner and lift his erect penis so you can reach the testicles with your mouth. Use slow, firm tongue movements to massage the perineum beneath the scrotum, gently gliding your tongue across them and licking the entire penis up to the tip. You can assist with your hands as needed. This technique resembles licking a popsicle. Few men can endure such prolonged stimulation without reaching an intense orgasm. As an option, you can combine straight movements of your tongue with drawing a large figure eight.

Lesson 5

A commonly used technique involves taking your partner’s penis into your mouth without going too deep. We will also address deep throating later. Start by using your tongue to locate the glans. Once you find it, lick the frenulum (the area where the foreskin ends and the skin begins) beneath the glans. Release the penis and repeat the process while holding the shaft with your hand. You can vary this by moving your head side to side as your wet lips wrap around the frenulum. Gentle stimulation of the penis with your hand moving up and down can add more pleasure. You can intersperse several gentle, shallow mouth grabs with occasional strong and deep grabs to the base, or standard vacuum grabs.

Lesson 6

In addition to the previous techniques, there’s one that enhances the orgasm. By blocking the semen channel at the base of the penis with your finger while massaging the shaft with your lips and hand, you can simulate the spasms that occur during ejaculation, prolonging your partner’s pleasure. When you finally allow the semen to escape, the release will be unusually long and intense. It’s incredible how this simple technique can amplify a man’s pleasure.

Lesson 7

For those just starting to practice oral sex, there are a few points to consider. During a man’s orgasm, he often tries to push his penis deeper. However, the average depth of the mouth is only 7.5 – 9 cm, while the average European penis length ranges from 10 to 14 cm. This issue is compounded by the fact that the angle of the penis relative to the throat and airways is 90 degrees during oral sex. Therefore, just before your partner orgasms, lean your head slightly to the side, allowing his penis to enter fully without endangering your airways.

Lesson 8

It is also well known that deep penetration can trigger certain physical reactions. To avoid any discomfort, simply relax your throat and refrain from tensing it during deep penetration. Additionally, you can control the depth by briefly tightly gripping the penis with your lips in a comfortable position, stimulating it solely with your tongue while you catch your breath. The moment of orgasm is the only time during the entire oral game when your partner’s activity can exceed yours. He will begin to imitate the motions typical of regular intercourse, pushing his penis deeper each time. This can be an incredibly intense sexual experience, especially for newcomers. One more warning: do not leave your partner immediately after ejaculation. This can disrupt his pleasure. If swallowing his semen is psychologically uncomfortable for you, simply spit it into a pre-prepared tissue or towel, but do not rush to the bathroom. Keep in mind that semen can be an excellent cosmetic treatment for skin cleansing. With the right attention to each other, you and your partner will soon learn to avoid potential mishaps and bring each other maximum pleasure from oral sex.

Lesson 9

Let’s return to your partner’s testicles. Given their high sensitivity, establishing a certain level of trust between partners is essential for incorporating them into your sexual play. Start with gentle licking of the scrotum. As your partner becomes aroused, you can play with his nipples while stimulating the penis near the base, closer to the testicles. You can also gently roll his testicles deeper into the perineum; many men enjoy this. When your partner fully trusts you, you can take both testicles in your mouth after moistening the scrotum with your wet tongue, ensuring that the hair is damp. This way, clumped hair won’t hinder your tongue’s movements. The appendages of your partner’s testicles can sometimes act as indicators of hidden infections like chlamydia. If they appear unusually swollen and painful to touch, it is a warning sign and a clear reminder to use protection.

Lesson 10

This is a straightforward technique for sexual play, and once you are familiar with the anatomy of the penis, you will find it easy to master. Moisten your lips, wrap them around the glans, and begin gently rotating them side to side along the frenulum. This does not require any special skills or talent, as this is the most sensitive area of the penis. Stimulation of this area can lead to a quick and intense orgasm. It is generally recommended for urgently restoring your partner’s readiness after a previous sexual encounter.
